Security measures 

• In every (online) application in use by WePayroll which is designed for two-factor authentication WePayroll has setup the two-factor authentication, most common are through an authenticator app, via SMS or by adding a PIN
• WePayroll keeps an overview of applications (available upon request) used including which employees have which authorisation in these applications
• WePayroll provides to its employees a Macbook which is company managed and mandatory password protected
• For online storage outside our Payroll software (Nmbrs) and HR software (eveHRyday) WePayroll uses Tresorit, Tresorit offers end-to-end encryption. Also, and this is applicable for WePayroll, syncing to local drives is turned off
• No data is kept on local hard drives, this is also the case when working on documents from within Tresorit, company policy is before transporting your laptop (we only work on Mac) to clear your download folder and empty trash bin. We do not use local email clients which stores messages on hard drives
• All employees have signed an NDA as part of their labor contract.
• Any printed material especially those containing personal data and used for calculations and controlling our payroll process are put in the shredder after use (clean desk policy)
• Cleaning of the premises is only done during office hours
