Have you forgotten your password? Then click on forgot password in the login screen.


Unknown IP address

Do you get the message: Unknown IP address? You will then receive an e-mail containing a link to add this IP address to trusted IP addresses. You can then also mark the device with which you log in as trusted.

If you cannot continue logging in with the above explanation, we have a number of tips to ensure that the use of Nmbrs can be made more flexible.


E-mail address:

When an account is created for you in the Nmbrs system, you have a maximum of 24 hours to activate your account using the link in the e-mail.
If you have not done this, it is no longer possible to activate your account and a new activation link must be sent.
Please contact your HR department for this.

Also make sure that the e-mail address you have provided us with to create the account is the same as the e-mail address you use to log in.
If your e-mail address changes in the meantime, please inform your HR department so that we can change it.



Your password must meet the following requirements:

Minimum length of 15 characters
Must contain at least one capital letter
Must contain at least one lowercase letter
Must contain at least one digit
Must contain at least one special character
Cannot be a generic password
Cannot contain the word 'Nmbrs' or 'Visma'


Web browser:

Do you work with a different internet browser than Google Chrome?
Then we recommend that you use Google Chrome first. It is possible that other internet browsers do not properly display the Nmbrs data.


Caps Lock:

A common problem is that users accidentally have the Caps Lock key turned on, so always make sure it's turned off before entering the password.
